This website is operated by Elite Concepts LLC DBA Window and Bath Central. Website information describes our services; submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase or installation agreement. Project scope, price, and other service commitments are established in a separate agreement.

Window and Bath Central SMS program

With your consent, we send appointment confirmations, reminders, scheduling and rescheduling updates, and customer-service texts. With separate express written marketing consent, we also send recurring automated promotional messages and consultation follow-up about our home-improvement services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enroll in the Window and Bath Central SMS program and must be the subscriber or authorized user of the phone number provided.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies according to your appointments, conversations, and marketing preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile provider determines any charges for receiving or sending messages. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to cancel SMS messages at any time. You may receive one final message confirming your opt-out. Reply HELP for assistance, call 319-540-8643, or email info@windowandbathcentral.com. Replying NO to an appointment confirmation requests a scheduling change; use STOP to unsubscribe from texts.

Delivery

Message delivery depends on your carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must provide a number you are authorized to use and notify us if that number changes.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and SMS consent. Mobile information and SMS consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
